How can I pay for my order?
It's easy to make a purchase on our site. You can pay for your order online with your credit card or echeck on our SECURED ordering page. For your convenience, we also accept checks, money orders and direct deposits (for orders over $500).
When does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card and personal information will be verified when you place your order, however the charge for your purchase will be posted only after we ship your order to you with FedEx. We want your shopping experience on our site to be convenient, enjoyable and safe.
Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?
Yes. At the end of your transaction, you are taken to an Order Confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation by email with details of your purchase, which you can print and keep for your records.

Do you offer international shipping?
We ship anywhere in the world! We use FedEx to make sure your order is delivered to your door safely and as quickly as possible.
Where are your products shipped from?
All our products are shipped directly from the workshop of Arie Gavrielov in Bnei Brak.
Can I order a product as a gift for someone else and ask you to ship it to another address?
Yes. Just enter the address where you want your gift delivered in the "Shipping Address" portion on the ordering page. All correspondence relating to the order and payment will be sent by e-mail to the billing address. The product will be delivered to the address given as the shipping address.
If I order today, when can I expect to receive my order?
We understand how important it is to you to receive your gift in time and we'll do everything to deliver it to you as fast as possible. You can expect to receive your order within 7 business days.
How can I know if my order has been shipped? Can I track my order?
Within 72 hours after you've placed your order, we'll notify you by email that your gift is on its way to you and we’ll give you the order tracking number, so you can track your order on the FedEx site.
How are the products shipped? Do you offer gift wrapping?
We gift wrap all products for free. Every product comes in a prestigious box, gift wrapped and covered with protective packaging material.

We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee with all of our products. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 60 days in your possession. Our Money-Back Guarantee doesn't cover products that are broken or damaged while in your possession.
How can I request a refund for my purchase?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first, and we'll do our best to assist you. If you're still not satisfied, you can return the product for a full refund. Because you purchased your product on the internet, you are responsible for paying to ship the product back to us.
