Shipping Information

Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible. We understand how important it is to you to receive your gift in time and we'll do everything to deliver it to you as quickly as we can.

Your gift will be shipped within 2 business days, carefully packaged in a box and covered with protective material. We use FedEx to make sure your order is delivered to your door safely and as quickly as possible.

Within 72 hours after you've placed your order, we'll notify you by email that your gift is on its way to you and give you your order tracking number, so you can track your order on the FedEx website.

Depending on your shipping address, you should receive your order within 7 business days; however, don't be surprised if it arrives sooner than that. For your protection, your signature is required on delivery, and therefore we can't deliver orders to P.O. boxes.

We offer FAST shipping anywhere in the world

All products are shipped directly from our workshop in Bnei Brak, Israel.

We observe the Sabbath and therefore we don't work on Saturdays. Orders placed on Saturday or late Friday will be immediately processed online, but will be shipped on Sunday morning.
